Shipping options available at checkout include UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air (when applicable). Please note that these refer to transit times only and do not account for the processing period.

We strongly advise that you do not wait until the last minute to place your order- especially if you need a product for a specific day/event. We advise that you plan for unanticipated delays. We will provide a tracking number once the order has shipped. Hair Concierge Co. is not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please remember that holidays and weekends do not count as business days and should be taken into consideration when placing an order.
At Hair Concierge Co., due to the nature of our products and federal regulations, it is our responsibility to maintain hygienic and compliant business practices. In line with this commitment, we would like to inform you of our return policy.
We understand the importance of transparency and clear communication with customers. It is our policy to honor refund requests for orders that have not yet been processed or shipped (within 72 hours). According to Federal law, we cannot accept human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from bundle state and trying it on. All other refund and return requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny any refund or return request.
Please allow 3-5 days for refund to process.
All approved returns and refund requests made after the 72-hour grace period will be subject to a $50 restocking fee, plus return shipping costs.
